The day you become gluttonous, and wish to get "lucky", is the time you lose all of your money. Sounds a little absurd, but it seems to be accurate. The only time I ever come away with money is when I do not care about squandering it. I headed to the the casino last evening with 20 dollars. I could not care any less about blowing it, I mean, what is 20 dollars? So guess what happened? I ended up leaving with one hundred and twenty dollars in profit in just one hour!

A different occassion I was at the casino with my friend Chris. I took with me 100 dollars that I could not stand to lose. I got greedy, I got worried, and I ended up wagering too much and losing it in 32 minutes! The lesson my friends is at no time bet anymore than you can afford to squander. If you don’t panic about not winning, you have a greater chance of succeeding big!

How else can you build up your chances of succeeding at Roulette besides making a budget? Never bet on individual numbers! Sure, they hit occasionally, but they don’t come up enough to guarantee a dependable profit. Just bet on even bets for example black, red, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 bets like 1st 12, second 12, 3rd 12, etc Bet on odds that pay out fairly big.

With the basics covered, how else can we further increase our chances of winning at Roulette? By making probability into our buddy, instead of our enemy. "You cannot succeed at Roulette", my friend Chris would say to me. "It is absolutely arbitrary due to the fact that any number could come up". Yes, my buddy Chris has a point, however at the same time, he is overlooking an important aspect of the picture.
